SOUND-ABSORBING INSULATION FOR CENTRIFUGAL FANS
Sound-absorbing
insulation for centrifugal fans is a solution designed to ensure effective
thermal and acoustic insulation, improving the overall performance of the
system. The intervention consists of the application,
on walls or cavities, of specific insulating materials, such as rock wool
panels at different densities, selected according to the characteristics of the
noise and operating conditions. The external finish can be made with
different materials, including galvanised sheet metal, painted sheet metal,
stainless steel or aluminium, chosen according to the installation environment
and customer requirements. This solution allows significant
reduction of energy losses, limits vibrations and reduces noise propagation,
contributing to improving the efficiency and reliability of the fan over
time. On request, it is possible to design customised solutions,
studied to perfectly adapt to the specific needs of the system and guarantee
the best performance in every application context.
