THE COMPANY
Founded in 1985, Saivent specialises
in the design and construction of industrial fans.
Thanks to highly qualified
technical personnel and many years of experience in the sector, the company is
able to meet the most diverse application needs, offering a wide range of
standard products and creating special solutions on specific customer request.
Saivent fans are used in
numerous industrial sectors, including:
- chemical plants
- filtration systems
- ovens and dryers
- galvanic systems
- purification systems
- industrial air conditioning and ventilation systems
Saivent also offers a complete assistance service,
which accompanies the customer through all phases of the project: from the
preliminary study and the choice of the most suitable fan, to the installation
and resolution of any operating problems.
Our fans can be made of
different materials, including:
- carbon steel
- stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316
- special sheets for high or low temperatures
- wear-resistant sheets
The production range covers
airflow capacities from 100 m³/h up to 700,000 m³/h, with pressures from 50 mmH₂O to 2000 mmH₂O.
Saivent also manufactures impellers with diameters from
250 mm up to 2400 mm, also according to customer design.
The company is also certified
to manufacture fans compliant with Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX), relating to equipment and
protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Production is carried out
with fiber optic laser cutting
technology, powered by photovoltaic systems, confirming the
company's commitment to innovation and sustainability.
An additional service offered
by the company is the balancing of impellers, performed using high-tech
machinery. Saivent has two precision balancing machines that ensure the
highest product quality.
All impellers produced
undergo static and dynamic balancing,
ensuring:
- vibration-free operation
- high reliability
- noise reduction
